Founder & President  

Wendy is a respected leader in the field of association management with a career spanning four decades. She founded WJ Weiser & Associates, Inc. in 1988, initially as a medical practice management firm. The company expanded in 1990 to become a medical specialty and subspecialty association management company. Under Wendy's leadership, the company grew to become a trusted partner to over 80 national and international medical organizations. In 2015, the company was sold to private equity. Wendy's departure in 2020 marked her successful tenure as the founder of one of the largest medical association management companies in the world and has solidified her reputation as a respected leader in the business.

Arvind R. Cavale, MD

Arvind Arvind is a Clinical Adult Endocrinologist in the 25th year of independent practice in a community-based clinical practice & research center in Bucks County, PA. He served as Chair of the Department of Medicine at St. Mary Medical Center from January 2020 to December 2021, guiding the department during the COVID-19 pandemic. He is a Co-Founder of Signature Diabetes Institute (SDI), a company that develops & implements bundled Diabetes Prevention & Management Programs that empower people with Prediabetes & Diabetes to be in control and live a great life.  Hilton Head is Arvind’s favorite place to golf, his dream golf destination is Pinehurst/Oakmont, and his favorite club is his 8 iron.  He would most like to improve his sand play and chip. Arvind loves to golf with his 2 sons but that happens one or two times a year. He's grateful to his wife for sticking with him for 30 years and enjoys hiking with her and their 10-year old Labrador retriever, Ollie.

Adam C. Magnus, MD

Adam practices anesthesiology and pain medicine in a multi-specialty group In Frederick, Maryland. He completed his residency at New York Presbyterian Hospital – Weill Cornell Medical Center.  Adam’s favorite place to golf is the Maryland National Golf Course. The most difficult course he has played is Bethpage Black Course, and his dream golf destination is Pebble Beach.  Adam’s favorite golf club in his bag is his 9 iron, and he would most like to improve his short game. Adam is an outdoorsman who loves to fish, kayak, and hike and adores all sports.  He is a husband and father to two teenage girls, and an actor who has been in commercials, sings, and plays the guitar, and is also a TikTok sensation. What we all want to know about is why he threw his clubs in a lake and wonder if and how he retrieved them!

Mark Leo, MD

Mark is a urologist practicing in a single specialty group in Fort Meyers, Florida. His favorite place to golf and most difficult is Oakmont, and his dream golf destination is Augusta National. His favorite golf club in his bag is his driver, his favorite golf accessory is his golf cart, and his favorite golfer is his daughter. Mark has a 5 handicap and would most like to improve his putting.  Mark is a renowned expert in men’s health and a skilled urologist providing medical and surgical care to resolve sensitive issues with compassion. His educational journey includes an engineering background, an MBA, and medical training at Duke University, Penn State College of Medicine, and a residency at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.  Married with three daughters, Dr. Leo enjoys all sports – especially golf and hockey – and coaching some of his daughters’ teams, which he treasures most.

Elizabeth Mobley, MD

Elizabeth practices urology in a single specialty group in Austin, Texas.  Her favorite places to golf include Twin Creeks Country Club, Cape Kidnappers, and Kauri Cliffs.  The most difficult course she has played is Kauri Cliffs, and her dream golf destination is Pebble Beach.  Elizabeth’s favorite golf club in her bag is her pitching wedge, and she would most like to improve her sand play.  Elizabeth's main areas of interest are benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), pelvic organ prolapse, kidney cancer and other benign surgical diseases of the kidney. She serves on numerous boards and committees in organized medicine, has received ‘Top Doctor’ recognition for women or in the category of urology in Austin Monthly Magazine for the last three consecutive years. Elizabeth loves spending time with her spouse and two children anywhere and everywhere, especially family time on the lake.

Yatin Patil, MD, FACP

Yatin is an Internist practicing in a single specialty group with extensive experience in healthcare, specializing in Hospitalist programs, coaching physicians, and enhancing patient care quality. He prioritizes patient individuality and family-centered care, valuing each patient's unique story. Beyond clinical work, Yatin is the Managing Partner at D4HI, fostering physician involvement in early-stage healthcare startups. As a healthcare professional and investor, he’s committed to positively impacting and promoting collaboration for the greater good.   Yatin’s dream destination is to play the St. Andrews Old Course, the oldest and most iconic golf course in the world.  He would most like to improve his short game, and the favorite club in his bag is the 3 Hybrid.Yatin's precious time is with his family and friends.

Anup Vora, MD

Anup practices urology in a single specialty group in Silver Spring, Maryland where he is the Clinical Director of Prostate Cancer Focal and Ablative Therapy.  His favorite place to golf is Northwest Country Club.  The Most difficult course he has played is TPC Scottsdale, and his dream golf destination is St. Andrews.  Anup’s favorite golf club in his bag is the thing that gets the ball out of the water hazard, and he would most like to improve his long, short, and putting game.  Anup completed a fellowship in urologic oncology at the Cleveland Clinic Florida, and he specializes in the treatment of both benign and malignant urologic disease.  Anup is published in multiple medical journals and has received several notable awards, including the Highest Score/Distinction from Georgetown University Hospital Department of Urology, the UASOM Klapper, Clarence E. & Margaret S. Endowed Scholarship, and a Summer Research Fellowship Grant award from the National Institutes of Health (NIH).

Robert L. Hirsch, Ph.D
VP, Marketing & Tournament Development 

Bob is a viral immunologist, and has diverse and extensive academic and industry research, product development and commercialization experience, and is now the Senior Vice President and Director of Immunology at Immugen BioPharma, Inc. He has previously lead Development, Operations and Medical Marketing for innovative new product developments and launches.  Bob has managed successful groups at Johnson and Johnson, MedImmune, Inc. and Auxillium Pharmaceuticals.  For the past 20 years, Bob has been managing Hubsco Bio Consulting, LLC.  He also used his accumulated life time experience to publish his first novel, Invisible Threat, a bioterrorism thriller, published by iUniverse.  The second book is in process.

Bob loves to hit the links and played on his high school and was college teams.  He played in many Pro-Ams in Pennsylvania with his golf professional brother, and in State tournaments in New Jersey,  Maryland,  Florida and Rhode Island, winning one with his son. 

Bob received his AB from Brandeis, his doctorate from Georgetown University and, continued in academics at The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and University of Maryland School of Medicine for 10 years before heading into the pharmaceutical industry.

Laura is a results-driven nonprofit professional with a comprehensive background in association management, including executive director. She is known for embedding high-quality program management practices and ensuring effective, value-added outcomes for the organizations she serves. Laura is resourceful, tenacious, and insightful. Skilled in orchestrating successful events, ranging from educational meetings to golf tournaments, Laura looks forward to managing PSAGA's own.  Laura received her BA in Global Business Management  from Bournemouth University, UK and her MA in International Relations and Diplomacy from Staffordshire University, UK.
